Introducing “Healing Together”: an integrated approach to wellness and healing presented by New Earth Therapy & Ryde YXE. 

Join us as we embark on a collaborative journey towards discovering that healing is not a solitary path, but a collective voyage towards hope, resilience and renewal. 

Healing Together is a beautifully created combination of movement and therapeutic support/integration. Each 3-week block is a new experience and journey, allowing you to dive deeper into different healing processes within a supportive group environment.

Each 3-week block includes:

  • 3 carefully curated spin classes designed to promote physical wellbeing and emotional resilience. Led by experienced instructors, these sessions will be tailored to accommodate all fitness levels, fostering, a sense of unity and strength.

  • 3 therapeutic support/integration sessions facilitated by licensed and registered therapists. This therapeutic space provides a safe space for sharing, listening, and understanding. Participate in guided discussions, aimed at exploring emotions, building coping strategies, and connecting with others who are on a similar path. 

All sessions run for three consecutive dates with the goal to have participants attend all three.

Each session will begin at Ryde YXE, 741 7th Ave N from 1-2pm, and will continue at New Earth Therapy, 4-305 Idylwyld Dr N from 2:30-4:30pm on each date.

Fee per group: $300 (includes all 3 Rydes + therapeutic groups, snacks/tea/coffee and more). The fee may be supported through individual insurance coverage.

In a world where mental health is increasingly recognized as a crucial aspect of overall wellbeing, "Healing Together" strives to be a beacon of understanding and support for individuals, grappling with depression and anxiety, and those who wish to help them. This integrated approach aims to foster a sense of community while emphasizing the power of movement and collective healing.

"Healing Together: A Compassionate Gathering for Post-Traumatic Growth and Community Support"

"Healing Together" aims to create a space where individuals can find solace, strength, and a sense of community after experiencing trauma. By coming together and engaging in the healing practices of total mind and body practices, attendees will be empowered to embrace the journey of post traumatic growth. This session is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit, and the transformative power of collective healing.

This session is crafted to foster collective journey towards inner peace and employing a holistic approach that embraces diverse strategies for managing stress and anxiety.
