I'm a psychotherapist, but I'm also a mother, a wife, an adventurer and one of many souls on this Earth navigating my purpose and place. Although my educational background has provided me with the knowledge and tools to support you, I credit my empathy and intuition for being able to hold space for and connect with people. I love the work I do, the connections I make with my clients, and the trust and vulnerability I see on a daily basis. I'm a big believer in living authentically, and that is usually something different for each person. For me, it means trying to accept who I am in any given moment, consciously looking for the sparkling moments that exist in every day and making time for things that fill me up spiritually and emotionally.

When not working, you can probably find me at home in my pyjamas having a kitchen dance party to 90s hiphop with my four year old son, at a spin class at RYDE YXE, out in nature or doing my favorite form of self-care: driving down a long road, with the windows open, blasting loud music. I also appreciate the slow moments where I can curl up with a hot coffee and a good book, or the chance to sneak away for a girls' weekend (but let's be honest, we all have to face-time our children a couple of times a day!).

My approach

I have worked in the mental health field for over five years, and have been in private practice since 2018.  Before becoming a mental health professional, I taught high school French Immersion and junior science in Saskatoon. I have a holistic view on psychology, mental health, healing and life in general.  My views on psychology and therapeutic mental health go beyond talk therapy - my methods are existential, transpersonal, spiritual and holistic to their core. I have done, and continue to do,  years of my own soul exploration + expansion and self-healing. I hope to offer some of this wisdom and knowledge to my clients.
