PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION THERAPY

Specializing in Psychedelic Therapy and Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC's), New Earth Therapy is the first private practice in Saskatchewan offering Psychedelic Integration Therapy. This therapy service provides an individual the opportunity to work through insights and experiences that arose during a psychedelic journey. New Earth Therapy does not provide any substances, nor do we offer recommendations on where or how to access them.

Current fee for Psychedelic Integration: $180 an hour

There has been a resurgence of interest in plant medicine and psychedelics, and the potential they can have on transformative healing. NOSC's through psychedelics can bring up strong emotions and experiences that can be exciting, scary and life altering. Integration therapy provides a safe space to help you explore those insights after the fact, and a chance to integrate them into your daily life in a positive, effective and safe manner.

Integration therapy is for individuals who have had, or are considering having, a psychedelic experience for consciousness expansion or spiritual/emotional healing. An initial session provides an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss your concerns and how they impact your day to day functioning (i.e., depression,  trauma, etc), discuss your intentions and any preparatory questions, and to discuss your expectations for integration counselling. Subsequent sessions work on integration, making sense of your experiences and processing challenging thoughts/experiences.

We also offer Integration Sessions for individuals who are currently receiving intravenous (IV) Ketamine with The Linden Medical Centre.

If you are booking for a psychedelic integration session OR a ketamine integration session, please choose the Psychedelic Integration Session option on the booking page.

Additional Information

Psychedelics is an overarching term referring to psychoactive substances, such as psilocybin, ayahuasca, MDMA, ketamine, LSD, peyote and more. There is significant current and ongoing research on these substances and their efficacy on treating chronic mental illness such as depression and PTSD, as well as their effects on spiritual and consciousness expansion for healing. Some individuals choose to ingest psychedelics recreationally or in controlled healing situations, such as an ayahuasca ceremony. Regardless of how an individual chooses to ingest these substances, it is recommended that they are connected to a mental health professional who is familiar with the medicines and their effects, prior to and after the experience, in order to integrate experiences and insights into daily life.

Psychedelics are not the only way to experience a state of altered consciousness. Other methods used include meditation, breathwork, lucid dreaming, shamanic healing journeys, and more. All approaches can lead to visions, intense emotions and experiences, and integration therapy is recommended to navigate these insights.
