Join LV and Lyndsay for an in-person 3 hour experiential psychedelic breathwork + integration journey! This workshop is designed for individuals who are seeking deep healing through the power of their own breath. Learn to connect with your breath, and experience deep shifts in your consciousness to facilitate your own innate healing abilities. LV will guide you through an experiential breathwork session, as Lyndsay gently guides you through somatic integration practices during and after the experience. Group sharing circle/integration with a cozy tea and snack at the end will close the workshop.

- $150 registration fee (please note, you may be able to submit the cost to your insurance provider, as both Lyndsay and LV are registered mental health professionals)
