Lyndsay Knorr, M.Ed

Lyndsay is a Registered Psychologist and joins the New Earth team offering individual therapy for adults.

Her approach to therapy is holistic in nature. She understands that in order to truly heal and thrive we must take care of not only our mental/emotional health, but our physical, and spiritual health as well (MIND/BODY/SOUL). It is all connected and when one area is ignored it will impact the others. Lyndsay specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, addictions, and eating disorders. She is also very passionate about gut health and understand that if our physical bodies are not functioning well then it makes it more challenging to make lasting improvements in all other areas.

Lyndsay has a Masters degree in School and Counselling Psychology with almost 10 years of experience working as a Registered Psychologist in the school system. She is extremely excited to begin working at New Earth Therapy to provide individual counselling to adults who are ready to start their healing journey. Lyndsay strongly believes that you have the ability to heal and thrive, and that her role is to help you remember this and bring you closer to the life you have envisioned.
